Paid Internship: Full time, 40 hours/week (9/80 work schedule) JOB DESCRIPTION: The quality team at L-3 EOTech is involved in the entire Quality Management System, from bid & proposal through design and manufacturing. The Quality Engineering intern will support a wide variety of projects that provide a challenging hands-on experience. Some of the projects may include, but are not limited to process failure effect mode analysis (PFEMA), developing standard operating procedures and work instructions, statistical process control (SPC) implementation, implementation of quality data software programs, development and implementation of Poka-Yoke practices, corrective action evaluations and implementation, internal auditing and analyzing product audit testing data. This position is for summer 2015. The candidate will work under the guidance of the Product Assurance Manager and Quality Engineers to perform prescribed quality tasks in the Product Assurance department.
